The activation of the battery warranty is contingent upon the return of the core component. The pricing for our batteries is inclusive of an exchange arrangement for your old core battery upon the purchase of our replacement battery. In scenarios where our team is responsible for installing the replacement battery, no core charge will be applied, as we will retrieve the core subsequent to installation. For batteries that are dispatched via shipping, it is mandatory for the core to be returned to NuVant/A3 Global within a span of 14 days. Failure to return the core within this stipulated time frame will result in a charge of $750, labeled as a “core charge,” in addition to a $250 fee for the shipping container. During this period, it is possible for a temporary “hold” to be placed on your credit card as a part of this process.

Installation of our hybrid vehicle batteries should be done by a trained technician to ensure safety and performance. NuVant is not liable for damages due to improper installation. The warranty remains valid only if the battery is installed within 30 days of receipt, as prolonged storage can lead to discharge. We offer mobile, onsite installation services in several regions. FOB-Origin, Prepaid and Allowed: The battery will be shipped to the Buyer at no additional charge. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the Buyer once the carrier acknowledges receipt with a bill of lading signature. The battery is shipped in a container that the Buyer must return for core replacement. Shipments are made via LTL (Less Than Truckload) using the most suitable method, and each delivery requires an inspection and a recipient’s signature. Report any visible damage immediately upon delivery, and make a note of the damage with the carrier or choose not to accept the shipment. The battery is insured up to the carrier’s standard coverage limit. For additional insurance, contact us for a quotation. The Buyer is responsible for returning the old battery core at their own expense, using the original shipping container provided.
